Welcome to our St. Catherine section on iChild!

St. Catherine was a very clever woman, who lived in the fourth century. She converted hundreds of people to Christianity. She spoke out against the persecutions of Christians, which led to her death. The "Catherine Wheel" firework is named after her.

Her Christian Feast Day is celebrated on 25th November.
