Welcome to our History Section for Year 6

These resources help children in year 6 develop their understanding of history. We are proud to have worked with Professor David Olusoga and Dr Yinka Olusoga to create a series of resources to support Black British History. We also feature the Lascars (sailors from the Indian Subcontinent who worked on British and European ships from the 17th century), and our "historical stories" provide narratives on significant events, which can support teaching these topics.
