Gold06: Let's Investigate Water - Step for Learning 6 (year 3)
This Step for Learning was produced in collaboration with the Geographical Association.
It builds on the key questions in the previous Step for Learning: what would it be like to have no water at school; is our water supply infinite? Children will understand the challenges of having no running water and that the UK might face a water shortage in the future. A selection of videos and articles are provided. Children are given the WaterAid challenge of moving water. This Step for Learning deepens children’s understanding of the importance of water and the vulnerability of global access to clean water.

Problem printing landscape resources?

If your browser is Google Chrome, there appears to be a temporary bug which causes the resource to be printed portrait, cutting off some of the content. In this case, a solution is to right click on the activity, save it and print from your saved area.
If your browser is Firefox, there appears to be a temporary bug which causes the resources to be reduced to fit the top half of a portrait page. In that case, a solution is to either to save the resource, as above, or manually set your printer to landscape.
