Fiction: Rory and the Monstersitter
This unit of work has been produced in collaboration with the National Association for the Teaching of English (NATE). It is based on the fiction book Rory and the Monstersitter by Rosie Reeve.
This resource should be tailored to the needs of your class, and will cover several lessons. It comprises a PDF file, which indexes the accompanying PowerPoint, provides keywords and printable activities; a Word document worksheet; and a PowerPoint presentation, the main body of the resource.

Problem printing landscape resources?

If your browser is Google Chrome, there appears to be a temporary bug which causes the resource to be printed portrait, cutting off some of the content. In this case, a solution is to right click on the activity, save it and print from your saved area.
If your browser is Firefox, there appears to be a temporary bug which causes the resources to be reduced to fit the top half of a portrait page. In that case, a solution is to either to save the resource, as above, or manually set your printer to landscape.
